Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel your booking. However, please note that we do not offer refunds on cancellations unless it falls within our cancellation policy.

If you inform us of your cancellation within 7 days prior to your event date, we will adjust 80% amount of the total amount paid in your next event within 2 months. If you inform us within 3 days prior to your event date, we will adjust 50% amount of the total amount paid in your next event within 2 months. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds and adjustments, if you inform us within 24 hours of your Event date.

FOR CASH REFUNDS (of 80% or 50% of your booking amount)

  • No cancellation will accept, apart from medical emergencies.
  •  A valid medical document is necessary for the cash refund of the booking amount.

Please note that any refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of cancellation.

We start working from the very next day of your booking. All of these are required to book instantly, to ensure that what we booked with you, doesn’t get booked/hired/purchased by others, like material, artist, labor, and coordinators, travel expenses. We also have to give advance to our Vendors to book things for your event, to ensure that no last-minute hassles should be there during your event.
